SanDISK boots Windows 7 in 15 seconds

Showed at recent Computex:

- HP Envy
- G3 SanDisk SSD,
- Boot Blink system of Insyde Software.

According Insyde, the combination of BIOS and UEFI SanDisk SSD enables reduction of 30% POST time and 60% decrease loading time Windows 7.

Am I wrong or that was more like 20 seconds? Still fast!

I just timed it: 23 seconds from power button to SanDisk Boot Demo program launch. While it isn't the 15 seconds as advertised (advertised boot times typically start after POST), it is much faster than the average minute or more that it takes most Windows machines to get to first program launch from a cold boot.
