Need Driver for Nvidia Geforce 310M GT218M Windows XP

Thread Starter
Hi everyone, I recently downgraded a SONY VAIO VPCF112FX from windows 7 Home Premium 64bits to Windows XP.

I am unable to find the Nvidia Graphics driver. According TO Win7 INFO, the chipset is: NVIDIA® GeForce® 310M / 330M

by using HWINFO32, the chipset is detected as Geforce 310M GT218M

I have looked everywhere and I can not find it. The driver available at Nvidia website does not detect the chipset when trying to install even though the Gforce 197.16 seems to be the one according to Nvidia...but does not work.

Does someone here can point me to the right direction? Any info and help is appreciated.

Thanks guys.

Have you tried a force manual installation of the driver, pointing the device to the folder that contains the files?

cheers ...

Use Laptiovideo2go.com

You can use hacked NVIDIA driver in Laptopvideo2go.com. It works. More review here http://www.websitesolution.com/2010/...ndows-7-to-xp/
