Battery Issue for Dell Vosto 1720..Looking for an Replacement Option!

Hello All
I have a Dell Vostro 1720 laptop for almost a year now and my battery is not functioning like it should be. I get only 30 min when its not plugged in. So im thinking of buying a new battery. I'm not buying another Dell battery because that just costs a lot. I have two options. Which one do you guys think is the better option? And does it really fit into my Dell 1720 considering its not dell made? Someone told me on another forum that the first one wont work on my Laptop not sure why since its saying Vostro 1720 on its description. And someone else warned me of dell charger not being able to charge these? is that true

I don't go for 3rd party batteries or Ac Adapter, one can get lucky once in a blue moon but not always. Still if you must, go for the one from Amazon in case of warranty.
