acer aspire 5920g charging problem please help!!

hello!! (sorry for my bad english!!)
i have a laptop aspire 5920g!laptop is used and i buy it from other man!i have in my laptop windows 7.when i put a charger the battery orange LED lights normally and icon below the bar indicates that the battery loading and after a few seconds stop it!!my battery not charging and say 0%.
purchase a new battery the same again! the new battery was on 75% charging principle, but it still shows that the loading bar displays and after a few seconds Stands! closed the laptop and took out the power from above and tried the new battery (after authority was on 75% load) and the laptop is not illuminated only by battery! please i would like your help! Thank you!

edit:i read the service manual but i dont find anything about it!!! im sad

Have you tried with another AC Adapter?

no i haven`t try but the laptop is not illuminated only by battery!no power on without ac adapter like dead!!

edit:The point is that the new batteries (already loaded from a new 73%) without the ac adapter, clicking the power button had to be turned on even for a while so you do not;

sounds like the charging circuit on the mainboard.

im afraid for this!!problem with motherboard!!I'll have a problem if only works with power; let us work with no battery okay

I have Aspire 5810T with same problem. I am using with AC Power only.

This is caused by a dead fuse on the charging circuit. You can check the fuse and the voltage of the battery with a multimeter.
Here is a guide how to check the fuse and replace it if it its dead.
