Straight from Dell: "There is a special deal being made available to those who register for the 24 hour advance sale for the Dell Streak. Registrants get 24 hours prior to launch to buy the product and will have first dibs before anyone else. Not only do they get first dibs, but they will get a coupon for a Bluetooth headset for 99 cents and a Dell U exclusive 10% additional off."

Here is the link for the signup for the presale. You do not have to purchase it to receive reminding updates on the Streak.
