Help with my Acer one AOA 150 !!!!

My A1 won't power on. the power led doesn't come on all when it's turned on. the orange led comes on when the AC is plugged on but the turn-on led won't come on. what could be wrong with the computer ? I do not have the funds to take it to the repair shop. HELP PLEASE !!!!

Was there any jarring/banging/liquids involved....did it just decide not to turn on one morning???..Try unplugging it, remove the battery, then hold the power button in for about 30 secs,,,replace battery, plug it in and try starting it again
