toughbook cf-48 p111

i just purchased off ebay a panasonic cf-48 which i think is a p111 model, it came with no power charger so i dunno if it works yet.
can anyone recommend where to get a charger? are chineese ebay ones any good?
i bought it to play about with, are there any mods or upgrades i can do to make it perform etc

its a panasonic toughbook cf-48
serial no. cf_48m3aaaee
came with a windows 98se coa stuck to the back

Anyone on the net would do, they don't cost much for this model. Just don't use a universal one.
