Hey guys, I am not very knowledgeable with computer specs so i would appreciate any help i can get. I am currently set on purchasing the Dell Studio XPS 16, but have a couple of questions.
*I am looking to play some games like starcraft 2 and other games that people play these days.
*In the future, I plan on burning HD footage into blu-ray disks.
*I want to have an overall computer I use for daily purposes (email, documents, etc.. nothing too extreme.)
*My budget can be flexible depending on what you guys recommend the best bang for your buck.
Questions:
1.) processor- Is it worth upgrading the processor from an i7- 720QM to an i7- 740QM for $150 for my needs? what are the benefits if there are any?
2.) Ram- should i stick with 4 or upgrade to 6MB for an extra $150? will it benefit me for my needs?
3.)Should I upgrade to the edge-to-edge 1080P screen for $75? or is it not worth it?
4) bluetooth worth it? for extra $20? do I really need it?
Here is the specs and price for the laptop without any of the upgrades. Let me know if this is a DECENT price and what upgrades I should add. Also, if you can recommend any upgrades that i can do from aftermarket, like ram etc..
