Need help on IBM/Lenovo external keyboards w Trackpoint? Pic

I started my journey with Thinkpads on a T42, then T43.. then T61, X61T, R61 & T410 (bought for 2 cousins & they love it), W510 (dads new laptop). I may be a much recent convert but I swear by them now.

MAJOR ISSUE: Recently started feeling RSI (Repetitive Stress) & Carpal Tunnel symptoms (already doing stretches.. adjusted the desk.. & finding new adjustable LCD stand) since I am not using the Thinkpad directly... but using it docked with an External keyboard. Lot of Mousing as well. I'd like to go back to Thinkpad FEEL... or atleast have keyboard with a pointing device so my hands dont have to keep moving back n forth.

So, it would be great it some of my fellow T4x/T6x/X6x 'ers would guide me a bit on this... share their first hand experience, or what they've seen on these keyboards and feel free to point me to reliable sources of information.

Currently this would greatly be use with T61 - Adv Mini Dock - 30" XHD3000 LCD as shown in my signature below.

Anyone who has used or know something about one of these Thinkpad related keyboard (ideally both of these to give a comparative response).
Which of the following have you used?
How was the experience?
(Maybe point me to thread with peoples experiences)
If you've used several, which one do you prefer / recommend? Why?

At the moment I have a "slim" BTC 6200C desktop keyboard. It has laptop like scissor keyswitches, so I like it the slim notebook like profile.
The way I have positioned my 30" LCD I'd like to be able to keep the keyboard on my lap at times while on my chair and maybe on the desk at times.

A 2009 replacement for the previous one but not the full keyboard nor wireless:

I'm using the full-size UltraNav (Model SK-8835. Part # 02R0400). I'm so used to it that I have trouble with regular keyboards. I've used it for over 5 years (the same one). I've disassembled and cleaned it after a few tea spills, so the num keys and right arrow don't work anymore. O/w it clicks and functions like it did the day I bought it. I change the trackpoint caps now and then, they either become dirty or too smooth from use. I don't have carpal tunnel issues, so far anyway. I do a lot of analysis, communication, and programming; in Windows and Linux, so I used the trackpoint and the keys a lot. This is a great keyboard, it's better than the one on the T410s, which is a little vague on some keys (I miss letters).

Someone else at work has one that looks like the travel keyboard pictured in your post, but the area where the caps lock light goes looks different (Model SK-8845 (L). Part # 41A5161). The num pad area is missing, but the rest of the keys have the same height and width as my full-size.

I don't think any of these keyboards come in wireless.

You can also get keyboards like the Model M, the big old IBM ones; there's a company that still makes them. Even a model with a trackpoint. But for me, the world have moved on from those, they feel too clunky. Mine's been in a box for over 5 years.

I am not really into the BIG keyboards. I like the slim profile of the thinkpad keyboards and hence these external keyboards.

Just to be clear, the keyboards I talked about in my posting are the UltraNav ones pictured in your posting. I mentioned the big Model M at the end, because they have a fan base on the 'net, whereas no one seems to talk about the UltraNavs.
