Clevo M37EW (Sager NP3790) Battery Advice?

Hi all
I'm currently "rebootimg" my M37EW - having recently upgraded the hard drive - and I'm now looking at getting a new battery as I haven't been able to use it without mains power for some time now.
What I'm wondering is if anyone's had any experience of these:

They are supposed to be double the power of these:

although they are larger in size - but I think I remember someone saying the bigger batteries lifted the laptop up - therefore creating a better ventilation space - any ideas anyone?


Also does anyone have any suggestions for suitable wifi cards for this model?

Wireless = PRO/Wireless 2200BG

I never had any good lucks with double pack battery - stay with OEM if you can.
