Random audio is playing - HELP!

DELL Inspiron E1705

For the past week, random audio (usually commercials for drain cleaners, etc) will play at odd times, even when no programs are running. I have run AVG Antivirus, Avast Antivirus, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and SpyBot. Nothing has helped.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't have Windows disks. Everything came pre-installed from DELL. How do I re-install Windows without disks?

Borrowing it from someone you know and use the COA key underneath your notebook for activation. Make sure that it is the same version as stated on the COA sticker.

Do you still have the recovery partition? That can be also easily done.
