Replacement for m9750 NVIDIA 7950 GTX?

Any recommendations on where to find one? Laptop keeps shutting down and this is the only thing I can find that looks bad. Looks like it overheated in the past. Have put more thermal paste on it, no good. Both fans are working.

I don't know enough about compatible models to look for anything else. Description under My Hive reads: 9750 NVIDIA 7950 GTX WITH 512MB DAUGHTER. If there's something else that would work, open to suggestions.

Also, bought this in the US in 2007, but now living in Ireland, in case that affects your recommendations.

Mentioned something about an 8700 to replace the card. Not feeling too confident on the daughter vs. parent issue, however. Would an 8700 of some sort work for my situation? If so, links about where to buy? Pleaseandthankyouverymuch!

eBay is probably your best bet for getting a hand on those cards.
