I have a new laptop and even though the drivers are supposedly updated and "the best are installed", when I try to watch an video with high quality, the quality is worse than it was on my PC.
In addition, all images online have poor quality as well. When I try to save them and view them on the laptop they get saved with poor quality (the way I see them in the browser). It's not from the browser because the problem occurs in Google Chrome, INternet Explorer AND Opera.
I was adviced to install the newest flash player - but Google Chrome already had it. The problem persists no matter how much I try to adjust resolution or increase performance.
What can I do to fix this? What exactly is the problem?
