New Studio 15 - "plugged in, but not charging"

My studio 15 is only a couple months old and I am having issues charging it up. I can't disconnect the power cord without it shutting off immediately. Anyone have any ideas?

Yup, check with the battery guys on the NBF to see if they can sell you a replacement

I hope that Dell would offer a replacement, giving the notebook is only a few months old

Dell warranty is 1 (one) year on Batteries - they have sold extended warranties for batteries at times as well

I called Dell and they are sending someone out to replace the mother board. They are also sending me a new battery and power adapter. I hope this fixes it.

well there is not anything left to change lol, so it shjould fix it
