That is a great price. I would still bet my 4 year old Dell 24 Ultra-sharp has better image quality. All I lack is HDMI input. When did computer flat panel monitor manufacturers decide for us that we would be happier with 16:9 over 16:10? This has been bothering me for a couple of years now, it is pervasive and aggravates me. My Ultra-sharp does 1920x1200, I personally think that extra 120 pixels is a must ...

I believe that it was sometimes in early 2009 that notebook manufacturers decided to embrace 16:9, against the practicality of 16:10 on notebook screens (better presentation for your eyes) - sure they blamed it on HDTV

yeah reality is that it saves them about 5% of the area of the screen to do 16:9 rather than 16:10. Bastards.
