Help With Clevo M860TU

Hi I have a problem with a Clevo m860TU (a Cizmo cx15)
The screen after 5 minutes from power begins to show horizontal lines, like a refresh problem, though I can not be more specific.
The problem shows both with Compiz enabled/disabled under Ubuntu. (i have not tried with different os)

Does this happen with an external monitor as well?

No, the external monitor behaves well....
does this means that the problem is only related to the screen ?
Before i forget, please sorrry me for ,my poor english..., hope to get it better..

Yes. You might want to open the LCD up and check for cable and connectors first.

Probably you have some problem of cold solder on the northbridge. PS: sorry my english.

If this occurs, would the notebook either stop booting period or garbling the external as well?
