hello guys, I'm Italian I bought this fantastic laptop (m17x) last Monday by bank ......
my order and for some days "in the works "......
If you know the times for delivery for this notebook?

Doesn't it say 5.11 as probable delivery date? So it's about a month from order to delivery according to your receipt.

Ouch for €3000, but then it is always 15-18% more expensive in Italy than the rest of Europe

Good specs there that you are having. How's the support (Dell / AW) in Italy?

Most of my Italian friends usually came to either France or Germany, get their stuff and drove home Even with the paying of an Italian MS license and the keyboard would still save some $$

I was inquiring about the Dell AW support in Italy - would they perform on site support, or must you send in the machine when there are issues.

ah if you want to guarantee a technician comes home after a working day to fix the notebook, warranty premium ....
I have the monitor dell ultrasharp 2711 I was broken and after a few days I have brought a new ......
in Italy the company DELL \ alienware and very much appreciated the support that gives the customer in case of failure

I'm sorry if I answer wrong but I'm google translator does not understand anything LoL
