I got tired of having to "search the world over" for car adapters for my various electronics (including my trusty Dell D820 laptop), and finally took the easy way out.

I installed a Cobra 400W AC Inverter. This unit is powered by your car, I ran 10ga wires to ground and one of the fusebox spares.

Now, I just use my home charger/adapter and it works fine.

USB: The Cobra unit, in addition to having two AC outlets, also has a power USB port, in case you have any USB charged electronics.
