Hey, I'm looking for some direction with my Sony Vaio VPCCW21FX. I had cracked the screen and ordered a new one. Being in a hurry at the time, I made a really dumb mistake and plugged the new screen in with the power on to the laptop. It went blank instantly. I powered it off and tried it again, still nothing. I powered it off again and tried the broken screen which would still light up and it had no light either. Is it the lcd inverter that blew?? Any ideas?? Thanks for any help!!
