Which is the best <$700 11.6 laptop right now?

I want to buy a 1366x768 (or higher) laptop.

Some more info:

Price: Max $700
Screen size: 11.6" (or 12)
CPU power: Not important
Graphics: Won't be used for gaming, but must play at least 720p without any problems (does anyone want to make a quick list of which chipsets are best?)
Memory: Must at least be upgradable to 3 or 4GB
Battery: At least 5 hours
Weight/size/design: I'm willing to pay a little for this, but not too much.

Does anyone have any good suggestions? I found some PC's, but it looks like most of them are almost a year old... i would think something new have come up lately?

AW m11X has a basic configuration for the price that you are looking for.

I'd go with the M11x.. Its just sexy. You can always try to get one refrub out of dells outlet or Ebay and put a Squaretrade or some form of service contract on it.
