M6300 CPU upgrade

Can someone tell me what options I have if I want to upgrade the CPU in my precision m6300. It currently has the 2ghz chip not sure which exact chip it has.

I was looking to upgrade it with a x9??? CPU but I'm note sure which of the x9??? Chips are compatible.

The old configuration said up to X9000 (2.80GHz, 6MB L2 Cache, 800Mhz FSB)
