Headjack buzzing when using Touchpad (XPS 1645)

hey guys, just asking if thats normal that i have a buzzing, humming on both of my headjacks using my sennheiser dj headphones, especially when using the touchpad.

I also realized that using the touchpad increases it a lot, once i dont use the touchpad anymore its less obvious. when i take my fingers of the touchpad its a lot less, almost not noticeable.

on my ipod these headphones (sennheiser: http://www.sennheiser.com/sennheiser...dphones_502103 ) work just fine...

EDIT: Having uninstalled Dells touchpad driver, not using any touchpad drivers but the microsoft standard drivers. reduced the buzzing a lot. i guess because it uses less ressources/features.

EDIT 2: Running only on battery reduces the buzzing even more with the touchpad.

But that cant be the solution, to uninstall touchpad drivers, not being able to do 2 finger scroll or scroll at all and only running on battery!

I give it a shot with another headset first just to be sure that's the cause is the touchpad.

I tried, with very cheap headphones. it was a lot less obvious since the quality of these spare headphones wasnt the best.

i tried my sennheiser headphones on my moms msi ex 623 no problems at all. damn dell should get that fixed...

If it is still under warranty I'd send it back then. Audio intereference like that is not a good sign.

cheers ...
