My laptop is a 2yr old emachine, been having problems off and on with it and now it wont even turn on at all....1st the loading bars would come up and then it wouldnt continue thru loading of the OS and just a black screen....I was able to go into safe mode, but couldnt do anything with it... then it wouldnt shut off or go on and thats where im at now.... it wont even turn on.. ive read a ton of different ideas to do to try and fix it, but to no avail....so i took out the hard drive and said the hek with it.....i got it 2-3yrs ago and it was less then 500 bucs....cheaper to get a new one then pay techs to figure out whats wrong and fix......
so , now the question is this. how do i, or what can i do to recover some of the data on my hard drive??
