5680 Kernel?

Thread Starter
Has anyone preconfigured (not compiled) a 2.6 kernel for the 5680. More importantly is anyone willing to share it. I am willing to trade a preconfigured Compaq Presario 2700US and Dell Latitude C610 2.4 kernel (no fat just the modules the system needs).

Also, has anyone experienced any problems with "make menuconfig" on a 5680 running Fedora Core 2.

I can probably send you my FC1 kernel, it works fine. It's preconfigured, I haven't touched it at all.

tunerX, did you just mean the .config file? I can post mine tonight if you want it.

mmarkin. The .config is all I need. I am kind of lazy and don't want to research what types of devices I have to load modules for. I am stuck when it comes to my dlink card but I can manage that. Also, does the new kernel contain the GigE drivers?

Again, that would be great, thank you kindly.

Here ya go: http://sager.mikhailmarkin.com/5680/...ources_265.txt

Please note that this is for a Gentoo-Dev-Sources 2.6.5 Kernel. All features are compiled in (not modular). You would have to run menuconfig and browse around to see what I've changed.
