Can i BOOT to External Monitor? DSUB + 9400

Hello, my LCD has perished.

I managed to set windows to an external monitor on D-Sub.

Can i set RADEON or DELL BIOS to boot to an external monitor? can 9400 boot to external?

You don't need to play with the BIOS - just set Windows Display Properties to use the external as primary (and once you set the FN display key to use the external) and you should be able to see the BIOS set up screen at start up .
