I finally managed to get the "Manage Benchmark" to work, all the system specifications that I added because the weren't in the drop downs are not showing up in my configuration. If anyone can tell me how to edit my configuration, please drop me line. For the time being the specification appended to my post are correct.

Nice numbers. We'll get them updated/indexed to the database asap. REP.

Now my system specs are correct, but my previous benchmarks have disappeared.

I'll try to resubmit them.

Thanks for submitting. Once we add your model, the specs will appear in the drop-downs, for others.

Just to clarify, the admins can update your specs in the backend (if you make an typo). The benchmarks get deleted when specs change so people don't go around posting high scores and later alter their specifications. We keep things tight so we don't have a bunch of forged scores.

Thanks again for submitting Your scores rock! I'd like to see the guimark scores.

Thanks for the Explanation

I think got the hang of your system now. Today I installed a new Nvidia driver which gave me an extra 100 point on the 3Mark Vantage score, but it caused stuttering in certain places and occasional freezes so I uninstalled it and reinstalled the old driver. But then the Physx didn't work. To make a long story short I wasted three hours, and my system is exactly as it was.

I'll download GUIMark and see how it runs.

GUIMark 2 Scores

All results are for IE 9 beta

--------------------------HTML 5------------Flash 10
Vector Chart Test-----5.05-----------------60.06
Bitmap Game Test--58.62-----------------55.35
Text Column Test----51.87----------------34.58

Vector Chart Test HTML 5: 5.05 FPS

Vector Chart Test Flash 10: 60.06 FPS

Bitmap Game Test HTML 5: 58.62 FPS (when it works)

Note: If you run the HTML 5 Bitmap Test before the Flash 10 one, it runs better than the Flash 10 test. However after you run the Flash 10 test, the HTML 5 test gets screwed up somehow and you get the result shown in the second screen shot. I'm not sure if the problem lies the IE 9 beta I'm using or if Flash and HTML 5 interfere with each other somehow.

Bitmap Game Test Flash 10: 55.35 FPS

Text Column Test HTML 5: 51.87 FPS

Note: It says Vector Chart Test but it obviously is the Text Column Test. These benchmarks definitely need some work. You can, however, identify which test was run if you look closely at what it says in the address bar.

Text Column Test Flash 10: 34.58 FPS

Looking closely at what is written in the address bar of each screen shot, you can identify which test was run. However, from the above results, you can conclude that Flash 10 beats HTML 5 - unless you're a speed reader who can take advantage of the 30 FPS speed difference in text column rendering. Ha ha.

Make another post and try imbedding the screen shots instead (importing it from ImageShack per example)

Looks like I lost all the text alignment when I saved the post.

I'll take a look at ImageShack tomorrow night or Monday.

Tried to enter my GUIMark scores into the benchmark database, but.....

Internet Explorer is not a choice in the menu, and user's can't add to the list of browser choices. I guess that means that I'm the IE use in this forum. Ha ha.

We have quite a few IE users here. I am testing IE 9 Beta at the moment, well all the browsers I use are Beta, period - except for Safari when I am on Mac

Well, then you'll have to add Internet Explorer as a browser choice for the GUIMark benchmarks.

What it's not added? wow!

Added IE to all the synthetic web benchmarks (peacekeeper/sunspider/guimark/particle). Let me know if you happen to find any other discrepancies. Thanks!

You were too fast
