I replaced the LCD Screen B154EW01 V.4 with a LCD Screen B154EW01 V.6 and the display works but is darker than it should be. How can I correct this? Used the Fn + screen brightness utility.

Tried 2 inverters. Is it possible that there are actually exact inverters that need to be used wit each model of LCD?

Yes,

But the screen you bought should work, kinda makes me think the problem maybe the screen you bought, unless the inverters you bought are not the one you need

Could be CCFL.
If LCD seems ok,inverter also.

Did you use a new inverter or the same one from your old screen? If the old one was used that is more than likely why.
