Pls. help. I don't have a restore disk. It won't start. It just goes to a blue window saying Windows failed to start. What can I do? I don't know anything about troubleshooting! It looks like there's a lot of you experts here. How do I restore? Pls. help me.

I will never ever buy Acer ever again. But for now I cannot afford a new one.

Can you get into Safe Mode? Press F8 at start.
