Pls help need xp drivers for VGN-NR38M/S

the missus couldn't cope with vista any longer so i decided to install windows xp pro for her and earn some brownie points

anyway i'm stuggling with some drivers and have been looking for 2 days .

so i come here with cap in hand asking for help

i need the wireless driver - Atheros AR5006X Wireless Network Adapter PCI

then there is mass storage controller ????
and modem device on high definition audio bus

if anyone can help me i would appeciate it very much

- Wireless.

Mass storage controller: you'll need to go to Intel and download it (SATA Controller)

Modem Device on high definition bus: after installing XP, go for latest update and see if the driver can be picked up.

Now, how about putting it back to Vista, then upgrade her to Windows 7? It will run much better on this new machine.

as for windows 7. she has just told me now she wants a bloody ipad for christmas

more like expensive taste

wireless has worked great (i did look on that site but couldnt find a download link, but i was very stressed at the time lol)

the update didn't do anything for the modem device on hd bus?

not tried the mass storage yet

That modem device on hd bus is very specific to a Windows XP patch (Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture driver).
