Missing drivers?

I have one issue with my new Dell precision m4500.

I wiped it clean and installed windows 7 (64bit). I currently can't see the volume status on screen when I press the volume buttons.

I've installed the HD-Audio drivers but that didn't seem to help. The sound is fine, just want the volume status to show on the screen.

Have you tried installing the Dell OSD utilities that originally came with the model?

the driver i think you need is R267814

You need to download 64-bit drivers since you installed windows 7 64-bit.
The original driver may support both 32 and 64 bit OS, but you will need to check to make sure.
