G73JH-B1 Reformat

Hi, I am new here and have never owned a laptop. I am thinking about buying the Asus G73JH-B1, my question is it comes with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit I have a brand new copy of Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. When I get the laptop would I be able to just sick the Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit disks in a reformat it or would it mess the laptop up? and if I can just stick the Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit in and reformat should I have the GPU drivers on a thumb drive to put in or will it auto update. Also what other drivers should / updates should I know about to install after a reformat?

Search the net, there is a way to upgrade that Home Premium to Ultimate without having to wipe out anything.

A clue: a few registry entries changes and you'll be set.

Also make a set of recovery disks first for any new systems
