Hi,

How do you access it? I accidentally ended up in what looked like 'Back to out of the box' dialog box, but it was before I backed up the data, so I got out and now I cannot seem to find the right option again

I;ve tried F11, Crtl+F11, combinations of all F-keys but to no avail

Please 'elp!

Thanks
Nick

If it's Windows 7 or Windows Vista you press F8 before you see the Windows splash screen. You'll then be presented with a menu and an option should appear that says "repair your computer" Microsoft built the factory restore option into Vista and Win7, it can also restore your system from an image taken with the built-in backup utility.

Of course you had to be using that totally antiquated os , ctrl+f11 usually did the job on consumer systems. all else fails you can just reinstall from the cd and load your drivers the old fashioned way.
