M45-S355 Blue Screen / Fresh XP Install

I have two identical M45-S355's with the same issue.

I go through the process of doing a clean install of XP. Install goes fan, get the the XP splash screen. Blue screen - both machines, same stage in the game.

Have I missed a bulletin from Toshiba, is there some issue with this model?

Sounds like it may be a problem with your copy of XP

Hi, there. My A305 also had problems with XP from last install, BSoD showed up after a video loop freeze, always when playing a game. Maybe XP drivers are the problem...

it could be drivers or a problem with AHCI mode
