MSI CR420x VS MSI FX400x, Intel i3 or i5, ATi Radeon or nVIDIA GeForce? Help!!!

Thread Starter
I'm in the market for a laptop as well, but can't make up my mind between these two, both are MSI Laptops:

MSI CR420x(i34+)
Intel Core i3-330M 2.13GHz
MSI Wireless 802.11N
ATi Radeon HD5470 1gb DDR3 VRAM
Switchable Graphics (Intel HM55)
14 HD LED Display
4gb DDR3 memory
320gb HDD
Super-multi DVD/RW drive
1.3mo webcam, HDMI, card reader, 3 x USB 2.0, 6-cell battery

or:

MSI FX400x (i34+)
Intel Core i3-330M 2.13GHz
MSI Wireless 802.11N
nVIDIA GeForce GT325M 1GB DDR3 VRAM
Switchable Graphics (Intel HM55)
14 HD LED Display
4gb DDR3 memory
320gb HDD
Super-multi DVD/RW drive
1.3mo webcam, HDMI, card reader, 3 x USB 2.0, 6-cell battery

I can't decide which of the two I should get. Some say, 'nVIDIA GeForce GT325M 1GB DDR3 VRAM' is better than 'ATi Radeon HD5470 1gb DDR3 VRAM'. Some say that ATi Radeon is great for High Graphic PC or Online Games, while nVIDIA GeForce is good for editing programs such as Photoshop, Pagemaker, & Dreamweaver. I like toplay online games as well and want a laptop that I could edit pictures or videos, create webpages, or create cd covers, brochures, & etc. Which is the better Video Card among the two, ATi Radeon HD5470 1gb DDR3 VRAM or nVIDIA GeForce GT325M 1gb DDR3 VRAM?

Another thing, is whether I should go a laptop with Intel Core i5 or Intel Core i3 processor? Both are within my budget. The Intel Core i5 has the Turbo Boost technology for faster processing time and energy-savings if not use and the High Thread system. While the Intel Core i3 has only the High Thread system, and not the Turbo Boost technology. Do you think the Turbo Boost technology of the Intel Core i5 is something to get? I will mostly use my laptop for personnal & professional use; for editing pictures, creating webpages, & etcetera. I would probably use my laptop for games as well, orwatch videos fr. the net.

Thanz for the help

The Nvidia card is more powerful.
