asus g73jh LCD replacement!

I got a refurbished asus g73 with an AOU139e, which is the "good one" between the two aou models... anyway I would like to know which model of lcd can I swap it with, but I would like to stick with the same resolution (1600x900), yet better angles/black... which options are on the market atm? how do I know if a 1600x900 17.3 inch screen will work for my asus?

Don't you currently have the 1600x900 in now? So, unless there is a difference in the connector, other 1600x900 screen should work.

Some of the ASUS G73 come with LG screens. To tell you the truth, they don't make any difference for me, one brand or another, unless one gets down to certain notebooks with RGB LED (dell) or Sony special xBlack LCDs or Apple screens...

I don't care indeed about the brand, I care about the quality, it seems that the lg is just slighty better than mine, something not really worthy, so I'll try to look around if there are compatible screens, if anyone has any other infos feel free to post!

Call up a few LCD resellers and ask them direct what are the replacements for the AOU 139e; best way to go I think
