Help with a error

I got the tactx keyboard today and im trying to setup some events with the alienware fx but i am getting an eror when i try



And for some resson when i setup my macro keys they work all the time except when im playing sc2 with is what i will use them for.

Any help would be great thank you.

Which event were you trying to set up? Could you give us the whole error message? The message in the box in very generic to even start diagnostic.
