NP8760 new BIOS question

I was just checking the Sager site for updates and I see that there is a new BIOS uploaded on the 16th of December.

I downloaded it, and unzipped it.

The unzipped file is an ISO and it's empty. Whether I use WinRAR to look in the ISO or I mount the file there is nothing inside.

Tried reDLing it and it's the same story.

So my questions are: 1. am I doing something incorrect? should I just burn file to a disk? and 2. If I have the correct file and I for some reason simply cannot see the files (I have enable hidden folders and protected system files so I dont' know why they would be invisible) how do I reflash? Do I have to waste an entire disk for a 6MB BIOS ISO?

Some iso files can be tricky to extract/burn depending on the manufacturers. Like on certain Sony products I can't use any burning tools but good old Nero 6.x; if I use anything else it will come up with a wasted CD with no file on it, even though the burning completed successfully.
