. BenQ to launch a tablet PC by the end of January 2011
BenQ plans to launch its first tablet PC by the end of January, 2011. The device will adopt Android 2.0, a 10.1-inch panel and will be produced by Qisda.
BenQ's 10.1-inch tablet PC will natively support Wi-Fi with support for 3G optional.
In addition to the 10.1-inch model, BenQ plans to launch more models in 2011 including models with a 7-inch panel.
As for its netbooks, BenQ will continue to sell the devices in the channel, but is evaluating whether to launch new models in the future.
