Interested in hearing creative ideas and/or seeing pictures of creative mods...

Paint it, put another key on it ... then use a key mapping software to change the signal output.

I've seen a bunch of stickers that can be purchased to cover it up (freebsd, GNU/Linux and others) but the best scenario would be to get an actual replacement key. I'm certainly not going to paint it though

Just pick up a used keyboard for your model and swap out the key that you need - simplest way I think.
