It's been four days and I haven't heard a thing from their company. I tried calling, I sent emails, I was expecting someone to message me back letting me know how my laptop was coming like all the reviews on this site said they did for them and received nothing. I sent an ultimatum saying that if I didn't hear back from them I was going to cancel my order. Their site says they respond within an hour during their normal business hours. Well it's been over four hours since I sent that email so I guess I will cancel my order. I found the exact same laptop $100 cheaper on another website anyway so I guess it's good they haven't done a thing with my order after all this time.
If they had sent me a single message saying they were at least working on the laptop, had let me known it had gone through, if I had even seen the money taken out of my account, I would have left it. As it appears to me right now they have done nothing with my order which is bad because I needed it this week for school.
I don't know how they got 10/10 on most of their ratings. I experienced nothing of this wonderful customer service I heard so much about on this site. The other website that sells them cheaper has already messaged me back with a response. All in all this was a horrible experience and I would highly recommend no one buy from them.

On top of everything I said I would like to discuss yet another experience with them I had last night. Around 8 PM last night I get a call on my mobile from a restricted number. I pick it up and it is PCTorque. They offered a few apologies saying they aren't normally like that and would still appreciate my business. By this time I have already bought my laptop from a different company.
They seemed to realize I had posted a review on this site and asked if I could change it. I said no. They then offered me fifty bucks to take down my review. The guy said $25 now and $25 later. I realize that this was a bribe but I accepted it anyway. Call me of weak moral character but I needed the money more then I need a review up on some site.
Now, most people when they bribe someone would have the brains or decency to pay them the money because obviously it can do a lot of damage to a corporation. Not these guys. Still haven't received the $25 as promised so I assume they just thought I had taken down the review and weren't going to pay me.
Never before has someone bribed me to take down a review. This has got to be one of the most unprofessional and dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. Lets face it, they can't even follow through with a bribe. Why would you ever have them make your laptop for you? Who knows how many other people this company has bribed as well. For all I know it has more negative ratings then good, they just actually followed through paying everyone else.
In closing, they will screw you. They are dishonest. They only care about your business, not the customer. I'm in shock that they are still open for business and haven't been closed down yet. I will make sure that everyone I know will never buy from this company and I will post this on several more sites. I feel that strongly about this company and their dealings.
