8170 resets itself on windows 7

I'm not sure if its something notebook related, or windows 7 related as i started using both just a day ago. The laptop is turned on and sitting right next to me. It restarted twice but i never saw what happened before it restarted. Once i got a message that windows was updating something.

Should i be worried? I just got this thing from the USA, and i have only a couple of days if i want to return it.

Let it go for another day or so and see. Review your background processes as well.
