FX3800m on M6400

Is it possible to upgrade from an FX3700m to an FX3800M on a dell M6400?

the card may well fit, but hard to say if the BIOS will reconize the card.

I do not know of anyone has tried this to date

Thanks a lot.
I am going to have one spare card during a few days and I´d like to test if it works.
Do you know what would be the improvement performance wise over the FX3700M?

synthetic benchmarks show about a 20 - 25 % increase over the FX3700

The point is I´d like to upgrade my P8700 for an E8435 @3,06MHZ do you think that If I keep the FX3800m and the new processor the AC Adpter is going to be ok?.
Also is it possible to overclock the M6400 with throttleStop?

if you have a 210 - 240 watt PSU you should be OK

I did not have the time to test the card.Finishing a project at the moment and got quite busy.
