Which laptop should I keep and whats it worth?

I have two laptops and can;t decide which to sell. Both will run Win7 x86, and the dell might run x64 but I would have to find some third party drivers. Battery life is a wash it seems. Graphics are about equal. Both feel about the same speed in windows 7.

Emachines m6811
Athlon64 3400+
ATi 9600 Mobility
2GB DDR RAM
160GB SAMSUNG 5400RPM IDE
DVD RW
WIRELESS A/B/G
15.4" 1280x800 WXGA
2+ hrs battery

$ Whats it worth?

OR

Dell Latitude D820
C2D 2.0GHz
nVIDIA NVS 110M
2GB DDR2 PC5300
100GB 7k100 SATA
DVDRW
WIRELESS A/B/G
15.4" 1920x1200 WUXGA+
1.5 hrs battery

$ Whats it worth

As luck would have it, I know a friend who bought the exact same 2 models and I used them both. The Dell is considerably better built and is a faster system as well in my experience. You should definitely keep that one. As to pricing on the eMachines one, it's probably worth around $100 or so. Technologically, it's so old it's worthless, but working notebooks typically retain at least a little value regardless.

Yea, the dell is a better computer. The screen resolution alone makes it great. However, both will run windows 7 64bit actually.
