Asus N43SN/SL coming to US?

The Asus N43SN and the Asus N43SL are versions with new Sandy Bridge i7 cpu's and Nvidia GT550/540 gpu's respectively.

Even though I've been reading the current generation's build quality is somewhat lacking, I find the specs and price are hard matched. I cannot find the newest models for sale in the U.S. though.

Does anyone know if or when they might be?

The N53 Sandy Bridge versions were available in January, but then everything got recalled after Intel's admission of an issue with the SATA ports on the chipset. Intel has since fixed the issue and is shipping out new chipsets, so I would expect most of the Sandy Bridge variants to be released within the next couple months.
