M17x keyboard in m9700?

hey there, just found a used m17x keyboard on ebay and was wondering if it would fit AND WORK in my m9700?
would be nice because it costs less than half of a new m9700 keyboard and its kinda look cooler

the seller also wrote it wont fit but he also got a m9700 keyboard which i've just bought
