upgrading to windows 7 questions

Thread Starter
I recently purchased the windows 7 upgrade and upgraded from windows vista sp2 32 bit to windows 7 32 bit. However my machine can run 64 bit and was wondering if it is possible to use the 64 bit cd for a clean install considering it is supposed to be an upgrade only thing. Also after the upgrade my bluetooth doesnt work anything I can do aside from updating the driver which didnt work? Last the only video driver that works properly is the initial release (i have the nvidia 8600mgt) when i install the most recent one my blu-rays have very choppy sound and video. but the menus dont display properly with the old one on windows 7. Thanks for the help.

my build: dell xps 1530 windows 7 sp1, intel core2 T9300, 4 gb RAM, nvidia 8600mgt, 320 gb 5400rpm hard drive, bd/dvd/cd drive....

You should be able to perform a clean install of the 64-bits using the upgrade disk you have. Leave Windows update to pick up the appropriate BT driver for you. As far as the GPU concerns try first using the original Vista 64-bit driver

cheers ...
