Help! Cannot install XP with RAID

FastTrak 100 "Lite" (tm) BIOS Version 2.02.1.5

 

2047M System RAM (2 x 1GB DDR1 400MHz PC3200), 1024k Cache SRAM

Hitachi Travelstar 60GB 7200RPM - HTS726060M9AT00

 

The Hard Drive has been wiped clean fully using MaxBlast 4.0 from Maxtor

When trying to install a clean/new installation of WinXP Pro, right at the begining of running the original XP CD and pressing the F6 key to install 3rd Party SCSI/RAID Drivers I get this error ...

 

File \WinXP\Fasttrak.sys caused an unexpected error (18) at line 2108 in d:\xpsp1\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c.

 

Has anyone encountered this before?

Now what??

Ah these are ATA hard drives.

make sure your 60GB is set as the primary HD
