6 dead/stuck pixels falls within Asus' warranty coverage, so all you have to do is call Asus at 1-888-678-3688 (if you're in the USA) and they'll set up a return.
Most likely, they'll ask you to drop the notebook off at your closest FedEx location. Then it will be shipped to Asus, then Asus will replace your screen and ship it back to you.
