If you are looking to purchase the 8950G in the USA to add a SSD and move the drive that came with it to a secondary drive make sure your model can do it. The model sold now in the USA by Newegg is the AS8950G-8938 and it has a second HD bay but no connector to the mobo. In other words only one drive can be used. In Australia the models AS8950G-263815 and AS8950G-263875 are being sold and this motherboard allows for multiple drives. The specs i downloaded from Acer say it supports one or dual drives. So if you want to add a SSD or another drive research if the model you are looking at works for you.

Well I found out after I purchased the SSD. Well I'm keeping the SSD for applications and i did get a kit with the SSD drive and it came with an enclosure so i can always use the HD that camew with is as an external.
