G73JW keeps freezing

does anyone know what would cause my laptop to keep freezing up. its the asus g73jw model. i'm constantly having to do forced shutdowns as nothing will respond. it just completely freezes. even when just surfing the web it'll be fine one minute then thats it nothing, just freezes up. it started doing it yesterday. any help would be welcome thanks

Got a restore point of the day before? If yes, use it. You can also try under safe mode and see if it behaves any differently

no nothing like that but i'll try the safe mode see if that helps. thanks
